Q2: Is your production in house or outsourced?
Our products are produced by ourselves, We have more than 200 workers, most of them are experienced.
Q3: What's the order process?
Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me).
Q4: What's the delivery time? What's the sample lead time?
Delivery time about 30-45 days. The sample's lead time is 10 days.
Q5: Can I get a product sample?
Yes, of course. After you pay the sample fee and freight, we will produce and deliver the goods.
Q6: How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after get your inquiry.
